The mango puree production line is specifically designed for deep processing of fresh mangoes, capable of producing high-quality mango puree, concentrated juice, and fruit sauce products. The process involves washing, destoning & peeling, pulping & refining, degassing & homogenization, sterilization, and aseptic filling, resulting in puree with authentic flavor and rich nutritional value.
Key technical advantages: Our destoner & pulping machine achieves a juice extraction rate of up to approximately 75%. The low-temperature vacuum concentration technology effectively preserves the flavor compounds and nutritional content of mangoes while significantly reducing energy consumption. The tubular sterilization and aseptic filling system ensures a sterile product state and extends shelf life without requiring preservatives.
The production line features multi-stage bubble washing and brush cleaning systems to thoroughly remove surface impurities from fresh fruits. Processing capacity ranges from 3 to 1,500 tons per day, with raw material soluble solids content of 10-20°Brix, and final concentrated juice concentration adjustable up to 50-75°Brix. Finished product packaging options are flexible, supporting aseptic bag-in-box, Tetra Pak cartons, glass bottles, PET bottles, and various other formats.
This production line is also adaptable for processing other tropical fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, and guava, offering excellent equipment versatility.
