Our state-of-the-art Apple Juice Production Line is a fully integrated system designed to transform fresh apples into a diverse range of high-value commercial products, including clear concentrate, natural NFC juice, and thick pulp or jam. This entire line is constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel and utilizes an advanced low-temperature vacuum evaporation system. This crucial technology significantly reduces the loss of natural flavors, vitamins, and nutrients during the concentration process, ensuring your final product retains the authentic taste of fresh apples .

The system features an efficient belt juice extractor and a precise enzymatic hydrolysis section to maximize juice yield and achieve exceptional clarity. Combined with a tubular UHT sterilizer and aseptic filling system, this line guarantees the microbiological safety of the product while extending shelf life without the need for artificial preservatives . From washing and sorting to final aseptic packaging (bag-in-box, PET bottles, or cartons), our line offers flexible configuration to meet specific capacity requirements, ranging from 1 ton to 25 tons per hour . Production Process Overview
1Discharge Platform
Fresh apples are unloaded from trucks using a dedicated platform with water guns and transported to the production line via water flow. This area also serves as a pre-washing station before processing begins.
2Elevator
Transports fresh apples from external receiving areas into the processing facility.
3Washing
Fresh apples undergo thorough cleaning before skin and seed removal. Additional cleaning stages, including ultrasonic and ozone cleaning, can be integrated for enhanced sanitation.

4Sorting
After washing, apples are visually inspected by operators to identify and remove any defective fruit, ensuring only quality produce proceeds to processing.

5Crushing
GFM-FC series crushers utilize advanced technology for high-precision crushing of apples and other fruits. This fine grinding process enhances the efficiency of subsequent processing stages.

6Preheating
Crushed material is heated to temperatures between 45°C and 85°C. This step improves juice yield in subsequent extraction while preserving color and flavor characteristics.

8Sterilizing
Tube sterilizers process apple puree and applesauce at ultra-high temperatures (approximately 115°C for 30 seconds) followed by immediate cooling. This preserves taste and nutritional content while ensuring product safety.

9Aseptic Filling
